Over the summer, I worked on the Capacity Engineering and Analytics Team within Infrastructure, where I focused on improving cloud observability and optimizing resource usage.

Advised under Professor Chandra and Professor Weissman I've spent time researching large scale fault tolerant IoT systems, sustainable computing on edge devices, and developing energy aware wearable devices. Outside of working on projects I'm heavily involved in paper discussions with the rest of the group.

I joined QCI as one of a dozen engineers, where I focused on designing frameworks to run and showcase business use cases on quantum computers. I also contributed to the formulation of quantum algorithms for our in-house chips. Towards the end of my internship, I shifted to optimizing Quantum Machine Learning models, enhancing their performance and applicability.

Advised under Dr. Kirkpatrick I developed software to clean, browse, and feature engineer several thousand rows of star data. Improving query tooling and storage abilities led us to find 16 new stars in the galaxy.
